By accessing or using Rafeeg, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Rafeeg as a marketplace
Rafeeg helps customers discover and communicate with independent providers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the selected provider is responsible for the work, commercial offer, materials, timing, licences, safety, and service outcome.
3. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
4. Requests, offers, and payments
Review scope, exclusions, price, timing, and provider details before confirming. Additional work or cost should be approved before it begins. Payment options and cancellation conditions may vary by provider and service.
5. Acceptable conduct
Users and providers must communicate respectfully, avoid misleading information, protect personal data, and comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Rafeeg aims to provide a reliable marketplace but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or every provider outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by Rafeeg and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
7. Suspension and termination
Rafeeg may restrict access where required for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance, unpaid obligations, or protection of users and the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
