We aim to improve keyboard access, readable contrast, heading structure, alternative text, form labels, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
2. Measures we take
- Include accessibility in design and content reviews
- Use semantic page structure and visible focus states
- Review important journeys on desktop and mobile
- Improve issues identified through testing and feedback
3. Known limitations
Some older content and third-party components may not yet meet our target standard. We prioritise improvements that affect essential customer journeys.
